Has anyone heard of Yoga Teacher Training ? LOL -- Beth Shaw of YogaFit is giving away a few FREE Yoga Training DVD Downloads. These are full DVD's and nobody even asked me to buy anything. I think someone forgot... LOL

Summer Solstice in Times Square
Thousands flocked to Times Square Monday to commemorate the first day of summer. Their way of celebrating? Downward dog.
"Yoga in Times Square" was first organized eight years ago, with a mere two participants. It's grown significantly since, with 5,000 people pre-registering from 31 countries this year.

They're Back
The five Shiba Inu pups (3 boys and 2 girls) were born on Saturday, January 16th, 2010. This is the second litter by their mom, Kika.
This is the birth order -
Girls (both red):
- Bella
- Beni-Bara (Bara for short)
Boys (1 red and 2 cream):
- Bonsai (the red boy)
- Bento (the biggest cream boy)
- Byakko
